Before You Submit Your Return or Exchange Request
To ensure a smooth return or exchange, please read the following terms and conditions:
Eligible Returns:
- Items must be in their original condition, including all accessories, tags, and packaging.
- Items should be unworn and free from alterations or damage.
Non-Eligible Items:
- Custom prescription lenses cannot be returned unless there is a quality-related issue.
- Final sale items (discounted by more than 30% off the original price) cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Gift cards and promotional credits are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incomplete Returns:
If items are damaged, missing parts, or not returned in their original condition, a partial refund may be issued, or the return request may be declined.
Exchanges:
You can exchange your sunglasses for a different color or style within 30 days.
If the replacement item has a different price, the difference will be adjusted accordingly.
