Delivery Confirmation & Liability

Shipment Tracking

All orders are fulfilled upon transfer to our certified carriers. Delivery completion is conclusively evidenced by the carrier's tracking status, which supersedes any other delivery claims.

Signature Confirmation

While most services include delivery confirmation, signature requirements vary by carrier and destination. Contact your local postal authority for service-specific protocols.

Post-Delivery Responsibility

Title and risk of loss pass to the purchaser upon carrier's delivery confirmation. We strongly recommend:

  1. Inspecting packages immediately upon receipt

  2. Reporting discrepancies to local carrier within 24 hours

  3. Maintaining original packaging for damage claims
