Please contact customer service immediately if you notice any errors in your address. Additionally, you must notify us before the package has shipped. Gleamley is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address, or for items that are lost or stolen.
We’re sorry, but we cannot cancel or modify your order once it’s placed, as it immediately enters our production and fulfillment process. However, if you need to make any changes, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

We offer a 365-day warranty covering manufacturing defects. If you experience an issue, please reach out to us for assistance.
Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. It does not include accidental damage, lens scratches, or normal wear and tear.

Not every local carrier offers signature confirmation, and additional fees may apply for this service. We rely on the carrier’s official delivery information. Gleamley is not responsible for any loss resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Yes, we ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Average delivery time to these addresses is 7-12 business days.
Yes, we ship to P.O. Boxes via the U.S. Postal Service.

There are a couple of reasons why your tracking link might not have any recent updates.

Your package is still traveling – it’s on a plane or a truck and will be scanned once it arrives at its next destination.
The carrier missed a status scan – sometimes a package’s status scan is missed, but the package is typically still in transit.
International: your package may be getting processed at your country’s local customs office – tracking should continue once the package has passed through the customs office.
Tracking information typically updates every few days for US shipments, and up to a week or two for international shipments. Even if you don’t see a new tracking update for a day or two, your package is most likely still in transit, and this shouldn’t mean any delays.
