Order

  • You sure can! Enter your order or tracking number in the Track Order section in our top navigation, or you can check on the status of your order on our Order Tracking page.

  • The anticipation is part of the experience! Once your order is placed, it will be shipped within 1-2 business days. For free standard shipping, you can expect delivery within 4-8 business days. Need it sooner? We also offer expedited shipping options with delivery as fast as 2 days!

  • Please contact customer service immediately if you notice any errors in your address. Additionally, you must notify us before the package has shipped. Gleamley is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address, or for items that are lost or stolen.

  • We’re sorry, but we cannot cancel or modify your order once it’s placed, as it immediately enters our production and fulfillment process. However, if you need to make any changes, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

  • I placed my order but haven’t received any information.

    Please double-check that your email address is correct and all required information is complete. If everything appears accurate and you still haven’t received an update, contact us immediately to update your order details. Our customer support is available Monday–Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM PST.

  • If you have questions about tracking information or concerns your package has been lost in transit, contact us – our team would be happy to help.

  • Please contact us if you have not received your Delivered order or it has been lost in transit by the carrier and we would be happy to assist.

  • We ask that you take photos of the product and send these to our Customer Service team along with the photos.

  • Yes, we offer prescription lenses. You can contact our lens specialists directly.

  • Some of our lenses are polarized to reduce glare and enhance visibility. Check the product description for details.

  • Our frames are crafted from premium metal alloys and high-performance acetate, ensuring durability, comfort, and style.

  • We use high-quality, impact-resistant lenses with 100% UV protection for maximum clarity and eye safety.

  • With regular use, some frames may slightly adjust to your face shape. Proper care will help maintain their fit.

  • Since our sunglasses are handmade, minor variations in frame texture, color, or fit may occur. These are natural characteristics of the craftsmanship and do not affect durability or performance.

  • We offer a 365-day warranty covering manufacturing defects. If you experience an issue, please reach out to us for assistance.

  • Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. It does not include accidental damage, lens scratches, or normal wear and tear.

  • Yes! You can contact us to learn more about extended warranty options.

Shipping

  • Yes! For orders over $60, we provide free global shipping, just like our domestic U.S. customers. See more

  • We partner with DHL to streamline the customs process and cover customs fees and import taxes for most international orders. If any additional import fees apply based on your location, these details will be clearly displayed at checkout after you enter your address.

  • Not every local carrier offers signature confirmation, and additional fees may apply for this service. We rely on the carrier’s official delivery information. Gleamley is not responsible for any loss resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

  • Yes, we ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Average delivery time to these addresses is 7-12 business days.

  • Yes, we ship to P.O. Boxes via the U.S. Postal Service.

  • Once the package is delivered, Gleamley is not responsible for any theft or loss. We strongly recommend providing a secure and reliable shipping address to ensure safe delivery.

  • Please contact us if you have not received your Delivered order or it has been lost in transit by the carrier and we would be happy to assist.

  • If you have questions about tracking information or concerns your package has been lost in transit, contact us – our team would be happy to help.

  • There are a couple of reasons why your tracking link might not have any recent updates.

    Your package is still traveling – it’s on a plane or a truck and will be scanned once it arrives at its next destination.
    The carrier missed a status scan – sometimes a package’s status scan is missed, but the package is typically still in transit.
    International: your package may be getting processed at your country’s local customs office – tracking should continue once the package has passed through the customs office.
    Tracking information typically updates every few days for US shipments, and up to a week or two for international shipments. Even if you don’t see a new tracking update for a day or two, your package is most likely still in transit, and this shouldn’t mean any delays.
